Windows users only 1. Audio is not output. or, 2. Cannot control rekordbox.

Operation is possible with rekordbox but the sound is not output (The DDJ-400 is not recognized as the audio device).

The message [Log in with the computer administrator’s account] appears and rekordbox cannot be started.

Is an Internet environment (connection) required?

Can I use the DDJ-400 with rekordbox that is used in combination with another DJ unit?

I downloaded the free version of djay for iOS, but I can't control it using the DDJ-400.
