Microsoft ended support for Windows XP on April 9, 2014.
Due to the end of support, Pioneer DJ will not support MEP-7000 when using with Windows XP.
Windows Vista mainstream support ended on April 10, 2012.
Due to the end of support, Pioneer DJ will not support MEP-7000 when using with Windows Vista.
