rekordbox video works slowly. What should I do?
First, check System Requirements for rekordbox video.
Then, check the followings:
- Close other applications than rekordbox.
- If your computer limits the CPU due to power saving option, please cancel the power saving option.
- Open [Preferences] > [Video] > [Video Quality] and select [Low].
The resolution of video will become lower and rekordbox video will work better.
- For DDJ-RZX users, open [Preferences] > [Controller] > [Others] > [Touch Display] and untick the checkbox of [Display video on the touch screen when pressing the VIEW button].
Video will not be shown on the DDJ-RZX display and rekordbox video will work better.
If the video will not be shown on both decks of the DDJ-RZX even when you tick the checkbox of [Display video on the touch screen when pressing the VIEW button] in [Touch Display], please select EXPORT mode and then PERFORMANCE mode again. Or, please disconnect the DDJ-RZX and connect it again.
