If you use Windows as the operating system, there might be a problem with its driver for display adapter.
Check if your driver software is the latest version.
Example of how you check and update the driver software
- Click the Start button and [Control Panel] to open [Device Manager].
- Click the [>] button to the left of [display Adapter].
- Right-click the name of the display adapter you use (e.g. Intel(R) HD Graphics) and click [Update driver software] in the menu.
- Click [Automatically detect the latest version of driver software].
