If you use Windows as the operating system, there might be a problem with its driver for display adapter.

Check if your driver software is the latest version.

Example of how you check and update the driver software

Click the Start button and [Control Panel] to open [Device Manager].
Click the [>] button to the left of [display Adapter].
Right-click the name of the display adapter you use (e.g. Intel(R) HD Graphics) and click [Update driver software] in the menu.
Click [Automatically detect the latest version of driver software].
