Even if I tap [Connect to CDJ/XDJ] in rekordbox (iOS) on iOS 14 or later, it won’t connect to the DJ equipment.

In iOS 14, and later versions, you'll need to allow rekordbox to access your local network. You can do this in the iOS settings.
