I can't establish a Bluetooth connection to the DM-50D-BT speakers. Why not?

The problem may be caused by one of the following issues:

1.The Bluetooth function on the connected Bluetooth device is not turned on.
-> Turn on the Bluetooth function on the device.

2. The speakers and the Bluetooth device aren't paired.
-> You need to pair the speakers and the Bluetooth device.
Press and hold the Pairing button for 2 seconds or longer to enter Pairing mode. The LED flashes repeatedly.
Then, perform the pairing procedure on the Bluetooth device.
For details, see the Instruction Manual > [Pairing and connection procedure].

You can read the Instruction Manual [here].

3. The unit is connected to the last connected device.
-> If you press the Pairing button, the unit is automatically connected to the last connected device.
If you want to use another Bluetooth device, you'll need to unpair the last connected device and then pair the new one.

4. The surrounding environment affects the connection.
-> Check there are no devices (microwave ovens, wireless devices, etc.) that generate electromagnetic waves in 2.4 GHz band, or an obstacle that blocks radio waves, near to the speakers.
Move the speakers closer to the Bluetooth device (no more than 10 meters away).
