I’m thinking about buying a Hardware Unlock device. Can I cancel my rekordbox subscription before it expires and get a refund?

You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time, but you won't be refunded for any fees paid if more than 14 days have passed since your subscription started.

Even if you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to rekordbox until the end of your current billing period.

You can apply for a refund within 14 days of the start of your monthly or yearly subscription if you like.
