When using SonicLink, audio may cut out and noise may occur. What should I do?

These problems might occur in the following cases:
■If there are obstacles blocking radio waves between the headphones, the transmitter or a DJ device equipped with SonicLink
  • Communication may be disrupted if walls or other obstacles exist between the devices. Move the devices closer to each other until the audio no longer cuts out.
■When using multiple SonicLink products at the same time
  • When using multiple units of the headphones, transmitter, or SonicLink-equipped devices, ensure they are placed at a sufficient distance from each other.
■When electromagnetic waves from devices using the 2.4 GHz band are the cause
  • If you're using devices that generate 2.4 GHz electromagnetic waves nearby, such as wireless LAN devices, Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens, or cordless phones, these problems may occur. Use the headphones in locations unaffected by these devices.
