How should I care for and clean my headphones?
[Cleaning]
We recommend regular maintenance to prolong the life of the headphones.
- If the headphones or cord get dirty, wipe them with a dry, soft cloth or non-alcoholic, pure water-based wet wipes, then dry them.
- Using the cable when the plug is dirty can cause poor sound quality or intermittent audio. Keep it clean by wiping it with a dry, soft cloth.
- Especially for the ear pads and head cushion, do not leave water, sweat, oils and dead skin cells on them. Wipe them with a dry, soft cloth or a pure water-based, non-alcoholic wet wipe, then dry them thoroughly.
[Notice]
- Ear pads are consumable items. They may deteriorate over time. If they become worn out, replace them with spare ear pads or contact our support center. To buy ear pads, see [here].
[NOTE]
- Do not use solvents such as alcohol, thinner, or benzene, or detergents during maintenance.
- Do not blow air into the terminals or the center of the ear pads, or use a vacuum cleaner on them.
- Perform regular maintenance with the ear pads attached.
- When replacing the ear pads with new ones, do not use a vacuum cleaner or blow air into them during cleaning.
