I can't record the REC OUT sound from the DJ mixer. The SEND/RETURN ON/OFF button on the DJ mixer is lighting up. What should I do?

Start DJM-REC, disconnect the USB cable and connect it again. Or, open the PLAY/EDIT, FILE, or SETTING screen, then go back to the REC screen. When the MULTI I/O ON/OFF button on the DJ mixer is turned off, you can record the REC OUT sound. Note: The DJM-V5 is not compatible with iPhones or iPads equipped with a Lightning connector, so they won't be recognized. Please connect the DJM-V5 with an iPhone or iPad equipped with a USB Type-C port. Be sure to use a USB cable that supports data transfer. MFi certification isn't needed.
