I can't feel the effect of the SWING in SAMPLER COLOR FX. Why not?

[SWING] applies effects to audio triggered on beats other than the downbeat (beat position) or upbeat (mid-beat position) on the unit's PHASE METER.

Using the [SAMPLE ROLL] button makes it easier to achieve the desired effect when using rolls shorter than 1/3 beat or when using the Overdub function.
