The effects of this unit aren't applied even when connected to the DJ mixer's MULTI I/O. Why not?

Please check in the following order.

1. Check your DJ mixer is compatible with this unit. For a list of compatible devices, see [here].

2. Update the connected compatible devices to the latest firmware.

3. Check the MULTI I/O port on the DJ mixer is properly connected to the [USB for MULTI I/O] port on this unit.

4. Check the indicator to confirm whether the USB connection is recognized on the DJ mixer's MULTI I/O.

5. Check the MULTI I/O on the DJ mixer is correctly routed by referring to the Instruction Manual for each mixer.
