Can I input recorded sound from DJM-REC to the connected DJ mixer?

Yes.

Select USB using the [MODE] or [SOURCE] button in the DJ mixer's MULTI I/O section, then turn the MULTI I/O on to route the DJM-REC audio into the mixer.
