FX in the SEND section won't work. Why not?

Follow the steps below.

1.Make sure one of the following buttons is blinking.
　［SHORT DELAY］［REVERB］［SHIMMER］［TAPE ECHO］［PINGPONG］［ECHO VERB］
2. Make sure the [SEND] knob of the channel you want to apply the effect to is in the appropriate position.
3. Make sure the fader of the channel you want to apply the effect to is not in the bottom position.
4. Check the [SIZE/FB], [TIME], and [PARAMETER] knobs are in the appropriate positions.
5. Check the [MASTER MIX LEVEL] knob is in the proper position.
