This means an unsupported mobile device is connected to the unit.
The following iPads/iPhones can be used with the unit.

iPhone 16e
iPhone 16 Pro Max、iPhone 16 Pro、iPhone 16 Plus、iPhone 16
iPhone 15 Pro Max、iPhone 15 Pro、iPhone 15 Plus、iPhone 15

iPads of the following generations.
iPad 10th, iPad 11th, iPad Pro 11-inch 1st, iPad Pro 11-inch 4th, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 4th, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 5th, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 6th, iPad Pro 13-inch M4, iPad Air 13-inch M2, iPad Air 4th, iPad Air 5th, iPad mini 6th, iPad mini A17
