My PC/Mac or mobile device isn't recognized as being connected. Why not?

There are two USB Type-C ports on the unit, one on the rear panel and the other in the MULTI I/O section on the top panel.
For PC/Mac, connect to the USB Type-C port on the rear panel. For mobile devices, connect to the USB Type-C port in the MULTI I/O section on the top panel.
Note: Android devices don't work with the unit, and neither do iPhones / iPads that have a Lightning port.
