What else do I need to start DJing?

SLAB is an additional controller that supports Serato DJ Pro.
You'll need the following to start DJing.

A PC/Mac running a DJ application.
A DJ mixer or DJ controller compatible with the DJ application.
Powered speakers, headphones, etc.
