I've connected a USB storage device I used previously on other players, but the rekordbox library isn't showing. Why not?

Check that the library on the USB storage device is in Device Library Plus format.
Unlike the CDJ-3000, the CDJ-3000X only supports the Device Library Plus format.
Please convert and export with the latest version of rekordbox for Mac/Windows.
