Products presenting defects early on and products presenting problems due to manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge.
Proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase (receipt, delivery slip, order e-mail, etc.) is required to be covered by the product warranty. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase.
The following are not covered by the warranty, even within the warranty term:
-Scratches, dirt, wear, etc., arising during normal use.
-Cases in which the product has been used abnormally, whether intentionally, accidentally or otherwise.
-If you do not have proof of purchase proving the date of sale.
-Damage to contents or data.
-Loss of business opportunities (lost profits) due to damage or other reasons.
