No sound comes out when I use Sampler.

The sampler volume of the controller or mixer you're using with the DDJ-XP2 might be low. Raise it by following the steps below.

■ For rekordbox dj
Check [SAMPLER] and [MIXER] at the top of the screen and raise the GAIN or channel fader in the center of the displayed Sampler panel.

■ For Serato DJ Pro
Click the icon at the top of the screen to display the Sampler panel, then raise the volume knob at the top right.
