Why doesn’t my DAW software respond even when I operate the SQUID?
Three main factors can cause this and there are three possible countermeasures.
1. Is a MIDI cable properly connected?
Connect an audio interface or MIDI interface plugged in to a Windows PC/Mac and the [MIDI] terminal of the SQUID using a MIDI cable properly.
2. Is a USB cable properly connected?
Connect a Windows PC/Mac and the [USB-B] terminal of the SQUID directly using a USB 2.0 compliant cable. USB hubs cannot be used.
3. Are the MIDI OUT Settings categories of global menus set correctly?
Please set each item correctly.
