Can I use each of the AUDIO OUT L/R as MONO output?

Yes.
Go to the [GLOBAL SETTING] menu and select [Mono] for Mono/Stereo parameter.
Although TORAIZ AS-1 is a monophonic synthesizer, sometimes different effect sound is output from L/R depending on the internal effector settings when the FX is turned on.
