Can I fix BPM of the sequencer and arpeggiator when I change programs?

You cannot fix the BPM because internal BPM is set and saved per program.
BPM does not change even you change programs when you turn on [LOCK SEQUENCE] and fix a sequence pattern, or the unit is operating as a slave and receiving MIDI clock.
