How can I edit time stamps?

You can add, move or delete time stamps.
Tap [^] next to the TIME tab to show the Time Stamp edit window.

[Add]
Tap [T+] icon on the bottom left. A time stamp will be added on the bar showing playback position in the center of the waveform.

[Move]
Tap [T] icon on the waveform to select the time stamp.
Tap [<T>] icon on the bottom center.
By tapping and swiping [T] icon on the waveform, you can move the time stamp.

[Delete]
Tap [T] icon on the waveform to select the time stamp.
Tap [Tx] icon on the bottom right to delete the selected time stamp.
