How can I change the location of the Start locator or End locator?

There are two ways as below.
1. Tap the SET button in the TIME tab. The Start locator (S) or End locator (E) will be set in the center of the waveform.
2. By tapping the S or E icons on the waveform and swiping, you can move the Start locator or End locator.
