Can I use Serato Scratch Live?

Serato Scratch Live is not supported. Use the included Serato DJ.

There is compatibility between the Serato Scratch Live and Serato DJ databases, so those who previously used Serato Scratch Live can continue to use their crates, cue/loop points, etc.

You do not have to purchase DVS Expansion Pack to use DVS because it is already included in DDJ-S9.
