Sound sometimes skips when using the USB sound card (audio interface) function.
There are six possible causes.
1. Sound skipping can be reduced by adjusting the buffer size.
Windows
When using ASIO driver, make the adjustment at the ASIO tab in the setting utility. When using Direct Sound, make the adjustment on the DJ application.
Mac OS
Make the adjustment on your DJ application.
2. When using a laptop computer, the computer's performance may be intentionally reduced through the power-saving functions. Do not Use the computer powered by the battery. Use the AC adapter to supply power. Cancel all power-saving settings and the screensaver function.
3. On Windows, disable "Aero" setting if it's been active.
4. The sound may also skip if the CPU utilization rate is high. Check the recommended system environment for your application.
5. Computer's internal or external devices to may cause sound skipping. If so, disable all devices not in use.
6. Some application running at the same time (resident software, etc.) may cause this problem. If so, shut the other application down.
