This unit is not recognized as an audio device when it is connected to the computer.

1. The dedicated driver software must be installed on the computer beforehand. For details, see "Installing the driver software" in the Operating Instructions.
2. This unit and the computer must be connected properly. For details, see "Connections" - "Connecting input/output terminals" in the Operating Instructions. If the computer still cannot be connected properly, quit the DJ application, disconnect the USB cable, then reconnect the USB cable and relaunch the DJ application.

*This unit and the dedicated driver software only support Hi-Speed USB. Check that your computer, the USB port and the USB cable support Hi-Speed USB.

To OS X Mavericks v10.9.x users:
It was discovered that some Pioneer DJ products may not control DJ application.
Pioneer DJ is investigating this issue to detect the root cause, but there is an effective workaround.
