Audio doesn't output from the master, even though the channel fader is set to the top. Why not?

If the [REVERSE] switch of the [CH1 CURVE] or [CH2 CURVE] on the front of the DJM-S11 is set to [ON], the channel fader operation is reversed.
Check the switch is set to [OFF].
