The Power does not turn on (MASTER REC button is blinking). What's wrong here?

If the unit isn't properly powered, The MASTER REC button will blink to protect the unit.
Turn the power button off, unplug the power cord from the outlet, plug it back in after at least 1 minute, and turn the power button on.
