No sound is produced when using this unit in combination with rekordbox.

(1) Is the dedicated driver installed?
Dedicated driver software needs to be installed before using this unit connected with a computer.
For details, refer to "Installing driver software" in the operating instructions.

(2) Are this unit and the computer connected correctly with a USB cable?
This unit and the computer need to be connected correctly.
*This unit and the dedicated driver software support Hi-Speed USB only.
Check whether or not your computer and the USB port and cable support Hi-Speed USB.

(3) Are Track Gain Adjust and Master Output Level Adjust in rekordbox set to the minimum positions?
Adjust them to the appropriate positions.
For details on the setting procedures of rekordbox, see the rekordbox software manual.

(4) Are the input selector switches in the mixer section set to [DECK1]/[DECK2], respectively?
Slide the input selector switches to set to [DECK1]/[DECK2].

(5) Is [TRIM] set to the correct position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator of the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.

(6) Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the correct position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the orange indicator of the master level indicator lights at the peak level.

(7) Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
