This unit is not recognized as an audio device when it is connected to the computer.

1. It is necessary to install the dedicated driver software on the computer before using the computer. For details, see the operating instructions "Installing the driver software", and install the driver software according to the installation guide.
2. The unit and the computer must be properly connected. For details, see the operating instructions "Connecting the unit to computer". If you cannot connect the unit and the computer properly even after connecting it as per the operating instructions, quit the DJ software, unplug the USB cable and then start up the DJ software again.
