What should I do if the stylus gets damaged or breaks?

Products presenting defects early on and products presenting problems due to manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge.*
Proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase (receipt, delivery slip, order e-mail, etc.) is required to be covered by the product warranty. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase.
Any failure except for those mentioned above* will not be covered by our service. If you need the stylus, please buy a new one.
