I can't get my headphones to work. How can I reset them, including pairing information?

Reset the headphones by doing the following:
[Reset procedure]
1. Press the multifunction button and [+] volume button at the same time for at least 5 seconds while the power is on.
All previous operations will be reset (information on paired devices will also be deleted).
After resetting, the power turns off.
