I can't hear any sound when my headphones are connected via Bluetooth.

Check the following:
1. The power of the headphones and the paired device should both be turned on.
2. The headphones and the paired device should be connected via Bluetooth.
3. The paired device should be playing music.
4. The volume should be turned up slightly on the headphones and the paired device.
