The Bluetooth connection isn't working. What should I do?
Check if one of the below cases applies and follow the relevant instructions
■ The coiled cable is connected to the headphones
When the coiled cable is connected, the Bluetooth function is disabled.
■ The Bluetooth device isn’t paired with the headphones
When 8 or more Bluetooth devices have been paired with the headphones, the headphones start to forget the previously paired devices – starting with the oldest pairing – each time a new device is paired. To reconnect a device that's been forgotten, you need to pair it again.
When you connect the headphones to a Bluetooth device for the first time, you need to pair it.
For details, see [Connecting via Bluetooth] in the Instruction Manual.
You can read the Instruction Manual [here].
■ The unit is connected to a Bluetooth device I used previously
If a previously connected Bluetooth device is nearby, the unit may connect to it automatically when you turn the headphones on. To connect to another Bluetooth device, turn off the Bluetooth function or the power of the connected device and pair the headphones with the new device.
■ The unit is affected by something in the surrounding environment
Check there are no shields or devices (microwave ovens, radios, etc.) that generate 2.4 GHz electromagnetic waves near to the headphones.
Keep the headphones and Bluetooth device within 10 meters of each other.
