The video displayed in rekordbox does not play smoothly. What should I do?

1. Check if the PC you are using fulfills the minimum system requirements for rekordbox video.
Alternatively, lower the output quality setting in the preferences.
2. If you are using Windows and "x64" is not at the end of the version name of [About rekordbox] accessed from the Help menu of rekordbox, please download and use the 64-bit version.
