Sometimes there is no sound output (when playing music).

Please check the followings:
1. Check that the power of the headphones and the paired device are both turned on.
2. Check if the headphones and the paired device are connected via Bluetooth.
3. Check if the paired device is playing music.
4. Check if the volume is not low on the headphones nor the paired device.
