I can't use my headphones hands-free. What should I do?

Check the following:
1. That the paired device supports the HSP or HFP Bluetooth profile.
2. If the paired device is connected via Bluetooth using A2DP. If so, you may need to switch to HSP or HFP, depending on the device's specifications.
