The possible causes are as follows:
1. The cartridge is not properly attached on the headshell, and/or the headshell is not properly inserted to the tone arm.
-See the setting methods in "Before you start" in the Operating Instructions.

2. The tone arm balance and/or stylus pressure are not adjusted correctly.
-See the adjustment methods in the Operating Instructions.
Note: When using a cartridge with a weight of 9.5 g or less, the sub weight is not required.

3. The record is dirty, damaged, or worn down.
-Either clean the record with an appropriate cleaner or use a record in a relatively good condition.

4. The stylus tip is worn away or broken.
-Replace the stylus with a new one.

5. The main unit is tilted.
-Place the unit on a level surface that is free of external vibration. Turn the insulator to fine adjust the level.
