There is no sound or the sound is low.

1. Is the sound cable connected correctly? Connect the sound cable to the mixer or amplifier PHONO input. For details, refer to the section "Connecting" in the Operating Instructions.
2. Are the terminals or plugs dirty? Clean the terminals and plugs before making connections. Clean the contact point between the head shell and tone arm before making connections.
3. Is the head shell attached correctly? Attach the head shell correctly. For details, refer to the section "Preparing" in the Operating Instructions.
