Are MIDI connections and signal transmission available?

Yes. MIDI connections and signal transmission is available.
MIDI messages are sent when you use buttons or knobs on the DJM-V10. You can send MIDI clock messages too.

Note: The DJM-V10 does not support the input of MIDI signals.
