Tempo (BPM) isn't measured properly.
The factors that can cause this vary depending on how you use the unit.
■ When you connect the unit with audio cables only
When the audio input level is too high or too low, the BPM value may not be measured. As a guide, adjust the [TRIM] knob so the channel level indicator lights up with the peak level at around [0] dB.
Depending on the track, the BPM value may not be measured correctly. In this case, use the [TAP] button to manually enter the BPM value.
■ When you connect the unit to the PRO DJ LINK network (via LAN cables)
When you connect the unit to the PRO DJ LINK network, the BPM of the DJ player is displayed on the DJM-V10. In this case, the [PLAYER No.] of the DJ player and the connected channel number must match.
If you can't change the [PLAYER No.] during playback or the BPM isn't displayed on the DJ player, manually enter it with the [TAP] button on the DJM-V10.
