Android smartphones aren't recognized by the unit, even if they're connected using a USB cable

To connect an Android smartphone to the USB port, the smartphone must first be switched to MTP mode.

Smartphones with the following specifications can't be connected.

・ MTP mode not supported.
・ Can't run rekordbox when connected in MTP mode.
・ When MTP connection is limited to dedicated applications for Mac/Windows.

In such cases, connect the device to the network via a wireless LAN router or access point. For details, see [Connections] in the Operating Instructions.
