It takes a long time to load files from a USB device

Loading files might take more time if folders are nested deeply or if the folder contains many files. Also, it might take a long time to read devices in the following cases:

・ The device contains many files and folders other than music files.
・ Data fragmentation occurs.

In such cases, use another USB device or copy necessary data from the USB device to your PC/Mac, reformat the USB device, and then transfer only the music files back to the device.
*All stored data will be cleared if you reformat the USB device. Check the correct way to reformat in the instruction manual of the USB device before doing so.
