1. Is a USB connection device other than the DDJ-SB3 connected to the computer?
With all other USB connection devices other than the DDJ-SB3 disconnected, turn the DDJ-SB3 power's off,
quit Serato DJ Lite, then turn the DDJ-SB3's power back on.
Once the DDJ-SB3's startup illumination is finished, launch Serato DJ Lite.

2. Are the DDJ-SB3's knobs and switches set appropriately?
