The DDJ-SB3 is not recognized by the computer.
Check the following:
1. Is the DDJ-SB3 recognized on your computer?
For Windows 10 or Windows 8.1:
Right-click the Start button and select [Device Manager] from the displayed menu. Expand [Sound, video and game controllers] and check whether or not "DDJ-SB3" is displayed.
For Windows 7:
Select [Control Panel] from the [Start] menu.
Select [Hardware and Sound] > [Device Manager].
Expand [Sound, video and game controllers] and check whether or not "DDJ-SB3" is displayed.
Mac OS
Check using the Mac OS [System Profiler].

2. Is the USB cable properly connected?
-> Connect to the computer using the USB cable included with the DDJ-SB3.
3. Are you using a USB hub?
-> A USB hub cannot be used. Be sure to connect to a USB port on the computer allowing power to be supplied.
4. Are other applications running?
Quit all other applications for the time being, including screensavers, resident software, etc.
(When quitting anti-virus software, etc., to ensure the safety of the computer, disconnect the computer from the Internet while checking.)
5. Is a USB device other than the DDJ-SB3 connected?
Disconnect any other USB devices such as external hard disks, certain keyboards, etc., and check using only the internal hard disk.
6. If the computer has multiple USB ports, check on the other USB ports.
7. Check the computer's sound settings.
