Operation is possible with Serato DJ Lite but the sound is not output (The DDJ-SB3 is not recognized as the audio device). The DDJ-SB3 is recognized by the computer.

1. Check that the TRIM control, channel fader, crossfader, MASTER LEVEL control, EQ control, FILTER control are at appropriate positions.
For details, see “Playing a track" in “Before Using (Important)/Quick Start Guide". Also check that the Master Gain control to the right of [SETUP] on the computer's screen is set to an appropriate position (the 2 o'clock position is recommended).

2. If multiple USB devices (a mouse, a keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to the same USB hub, operation may not be normal due to problems related to the USB bus's bandwidth or compatibility between the USB devices.
The problem can sometimes be solved by changing the USB ports to which the devices are connected.
