When Serato DJ is started, it does not recognize the DDJ-SR2

[Windows]

(1) Connect DDJ-SR2 to your computer and turn it power on. Go [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Sound]

(2) If PIONEER DDJ-SR2 has been "Default Device", go to (3).

(3) Choose other sound device rather than PIONEER DDJ-SR2 and click "Set as Default Device". Close the window by clicking "OK".

(4) Close the control panel and restart your computer, then run Serato DJ Application.

[Mac]

(1) Connect DDJ-SR2 to your computer and turn it power on.

(2) Open [Applications] folder, [Utilities] folder and [Audio MIDI Setup.app].

(3) Open [Audio Device] window. Confirm that [Audio MIDI Setup] windows pops up. Click [Window] and choose [Show MIDI Studio].

(4) When [MIDI Studio] window opens up, disconnect DDJ-SR2 from Mac and click [DDJ-SR2] icon. The icon turns to blue color, click [Remove Device].

After "DDJ-SR2" icon disappears, connect DDJ-SR2 to Mac. Then "DDJ-SR2" icon comes back again.

(5) Close [Audio MIDI Setup] and run Serato DJ Application.
