No sound is produced when using in combination with rekordbox.

1. Is the dedicated driver installed?

The dedicated driver must be installed before using the unit connected with a computer.

The following operating systems are supported by the driver software.

　-Windows

　　Windows 7　64-bit

　　Windows 8.1 64-bit

　　Windows 10 64-bit

　-Mac OS

　　　Mac OS X 10.11/10.10/10.9

2. Are the unit and computer connected correctly with a USB cable.

The unit and computer must be connected correctly.

*This unit and the dedicated driver software support Hi-Speed USB only.

Check if the computer, USB port and USB cable are compatible with Hi-Speed USB.

3. Are Track Gain Adjust and Master Output Level Adjust set to the minimum position?

Adjust them to the appropriate position.

4. Is the input selector switch in the mixer section set to [USB]?

Set to [USB] by sliding the input selector switch.

5. Is [TRIM] set to the correct position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator of the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.
6. Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the correct position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the orange indicator of the master level indicator lights at the peak level.
7. Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
